You still need the PC version of Fallout 4 to create mods, but if you’re playing on Xbox One, as of today, you will be able to install and play mods on your console.
Mods will be selectable viaFallout 4’s main menu after logging in with a Bethesda account. Installing and playing a mod will create a new save file and achievements are disabled. You can browse the mods currently available by heading here.
